Hosting & Subscription Agreement

1. Introduction

This Hosting & Subscription Agreement governs hosting services, recurring subscriptions, and related infrastructure services provided by MebHevy Ltd.

Hosting services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

The features, limits, and pricing of each hosting plan are displayed on the MebHevy platform.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until your subscription is cancelled.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Clients may cancel a hosting subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current billing period except where required by law.

MebHevy may suspend hosting services where payments fail, accounts become overdue, security concerns arise, or this Agreement is breached.

MebHevy may perform backups but does not guarantee the availability or recovery of backup data.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own copies of important content and data.

Where domain services are provided, domain ownership and registration remain subject to registrar rules and policies.

MebHevy aims to provide reliable hosting services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, security measures, and third-party outages may affect service availability.

Nothing in this Agreement affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
