1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MebHevy platform, website, development services, consulting services, hosting services, infrastructure services, and related products and services provided by MebHevy Ltd.
By creating an account, requesting services, making payments, purchasing subscriptions, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring the information provided to MebHevy remains accurate and up to date.
MebHevy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Project Requests
Submitting a project request does not create a binding contract.
A contract is formed only after MebHevy accepts a project request and confirms the applicable scope, pricing, and payment structure.
5. Project Reservation Fee
Certain projects require a Project Reservation Fee ranging from £75 to £500.
This fee covers project planning, consultation, resource allocation, scheduling, and technical assessment.
Except where required by law, the Project Reservation Fee is non-refundable once project preparation has commenced.
6. Milestone Payments
Projects may be divided into milestones.
Each milestone must be paid according to the agreed project proposal or invoice schedule.
MebHevy may suspend work where payments remain overdue.
7. Project Scope and Revisions
Services are provided according to the agreed project scope.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as change requests and may incur additional fees or revised timelines.
8. Acceptance of Deliverables
Clients have fourteen (14) calendar days to review deliverables and report material defects.
If no written notice is received within fourteen (14) days, deliverables shall be deemed accepted.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership of project deliverables remains with MebHevy until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
MebHevy retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, reusable components, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.
10. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MebHevy may display non-confidential examples of completed work for portfolio, promotional, and business development purposes.
MebHevy will not intentionally disclose confidential information or personal data when displaying portfolio materials.
11. Refunds
Except where required by law, completed milestone work and professional services are non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MebHevy shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
MebHevy's total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
